How Gift Certificates Work
When a gift certificate is purchased a gift certificate code is generated and provided to the purchaser during the checkout process. The purchaser can give the code as a gift. To redeem the gift certificate the gift code needs to be entered into the coupon/gift certificate field during checkout on a future order.
